True Sacrifices

Remember, a sacrifice requires two things: a pure heart (no bitterness). and real pain or loss. Do not be like Cain. He gave with neither a pure heart nor pain. Do you forgive others? Hebrews 10:17  I will forget their sins and never again remember the evil they have done.
