True truth seekers

Read the story of Stephen, Acts 7. Notice what the crowd did before they stoned him. First, they released their own voice of emotion. Then they stopped their ears from hearing the Truth Stephen was speaking. When a sheep does not want to follow My Voice he will give full vent to his desire by releasing emotion from his flesh and then refuse to hear My Truth. He cannot hear because he wills not to hear. Desire Truth no matter how difficult it is to hear. John 10:27 My sheep hear My voice, I know them, and they follow Me. 1 John 2:9 The one who says he is in the light but hates his brother is in the darkness until now. 10The one who loves his brother remains in the light, and there is no cause for stumbling in him. 11 But the one who hates his brother is in the darkness, walks in the darkness, and doesn’t know where he’s going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes. Matthew 7:15-20 Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they? So every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So then, you will know them by their fruits. Acts 7:54-60  54 When they heard these things, they were enraged in their hearts and gnashed their teeth at him. 55 But Stephen, filled by the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven. He saw God’s glory, with Jesus standing at the right hand of God, and he said, 56 “Look! I see the heavens opened and the •Son of Man standing at the right hand of God! 57 Then they screamed at the top of their voices, covered their ears, and together rushed against him. 58 They threw him out of the city and began to stone him. And the witnesses laid their robes at the feet of a young man named Saul.59 They were stoning Stephen as he called out: “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit! ” 60 Then he knelt down and cried out with a loud voice, “Lord, do not charge them with this sin! ” And saying this, he fell asleep.

Wild Dogs (4 of 5) Book of Jude

Stop being upset when wild dogs don’t act like sheep. Do not force or try to convince a wild dog to act like a sheep. Maintain the spiritual divide between you and them. It is there for a reason a park ranger keeps children away from the animals. All of the Book of Jude Matthew 13:30 ‘No,’ he (Jesus) said, ‘if you pull the weeds now, you might uproot the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest. At the proper time I will tell the harvesters, “First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat into my barn.”’ Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

Wild Dogs (3 of 5)-Book of Jude

You remain quietly following Me. Trust and wait on Me. I will show you who is truly broken by the freedom to sin and ready for My fences of Love. My sheep are being devoured and persecuted by unbroken wild dogs in sheep’s clothing. My church is full of them. Beware of them and do not add more. Leave them in the wilderness. Do not invite them in and think they will become true sheep without dying first. All of the Book of Jude Jude 1:17 But you must remember, beloved, the predictions of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ. 18 They said to you, “In the last time there will be scoffers, following their own ungodly passions.” 19 It is these who cause divisions, worldly people, devoid of the Spirit. 20 But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, 21 keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. 22 And have mercy on those who doubt; 23 save others by snatching them out of the fire; to others show mercy with fear, hating even the garment stained by the flesh.

Wild Dogs (1 of 5)

Do not wild dogs return to their own vomit? They follow their desires and think they are free. They eat their own destruction over and over. They look at My sheep and think they are slaves. Do not entice or invite wild animals into My sheepfold. They will put on sheep’s clothes and continue to follow their desires. They will prey on My sheep. Jude 1:4 For certain people have crept in unnoticed who long ago were designated for this condemnation, ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into sensuality and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ. Matthew 7:6 Do not give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you. John 10:1 Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door but climbs in by another way, that man is a thief and a robber. 2 But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 To him the gatekeeper opens. The sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 4 When he has brought out all his own, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. 5 A stranger they will not follow, but they will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers. John 10: 14 I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me, 15just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep

Learning to listen and follow the Good Shepherd

How can I send My sheep out among wolves and expect them not only to survive but thrive and even conquer? Because true sheep are humble followers. They consistently obey in simple Love and trust their Good Shepherd. True sheep are not like cats who obey only when it is convenient for them. Cats will be eaten by wolves. It is possible to herd sheep into safety and peace. It is not so easy to herd cats. Be My humble sheep who Love Me more than you love your life. Come, follow and obey Me. Matthew 10:16 Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves; so be shrewd as serpents and innocent as doves. Mark 6:34 Jesus saw the huge crowd as he stepped from the boat, and he had compassion on them because they were like sheep without a shepherd. So he began teaching them many things. Ezekiel 34:30-31 In this way, they will know that I, the LORD their God, am with them. And they will know that they, the people of Israel, are my people, says the Sovereign LORD. You are my flock, the sheep of my pasture. You are my people, and I am your God. I, the Sovereign LORD, have spoken!” Psalm 100:3 Acknowledge that the LORD is God! He made us, and we are his. We are his people, the sheep of his pasture. John 10:14 I am the good shepherd; I know my own sheep, and they know me,

The fragrance of humility

Self-awareness brings pride. Look at a little baby who has no awareness of herself and her abilities. She only knows dependency. Humility is so beautiful on you. Ask Me to clothe you with humble dependency. Matthew 5;3 But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you. Matthew 18:3  Assuredly, I say to you, unless you change and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 10:16 Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves; so be shrewd as serpents and innocent as doves. Psalm 32:2 How blessed is the man to whom the LORD does not impute iniquity, And in whose spirit there is no deceit! 1 Corinthians 4:4 For I am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this acquitted; but the one who examines me is the Lord.
