The One True God
When you do not choose or like the god of your father, your friends, your culture then do not be alarmed or feel condemned. The god you do not like or want is not creator of heaven and Earth. He did not make you and Love you from before time began. The god that you have been told is God is not a god at all. You know this deep inside because I made you to desire pure Love and mercy. No other entity who declares himself to be God can consistently Love you, have mercy on you and speak only Truth to you. No other entity can enter your heart and cause it to also become pure Love and mercy. Only the one True God can change a human heart and make it pure Love. Jeremiah 31:3 Long ago the LORD said to Israel: I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love. With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself. Jeremiah 16:19 O LORD, my strength and my stronghold, And my refuge in the day of distress, To You the nations will come From the ends of the earth and say, “Our fathers have inherited nothing but falsehood, Futility and things of no profit. Deuteronomy 32:16-17 They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they him to anger. They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not. Psalm 40:4 Blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods.
