Practice letting go of physical sight and sound, and focus on Me instead. Let go of exterior and remain deep within your spirit with Me. Imagine yourself wearing a blindfold while I Am holding you and leading you down the path. Feel My nearness and Love protecting you. They are My rod and staff for you.
