Who are you listening to?

Critical thinking is using the mind to analyze exterior information. It is an exterior activity that values temporary things of earth. It has no value in My Kingdom. Critical thinking replaces listening to My Voice and following Me. Isaiah 55:8-9 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. 1 Corinthians 3:19 For this world’s wisdom is foolishness (absurdity and stupidity) with God, for it is written, He lays hold of the wise in their [own] craftiness 1 Corinthians 1:25, 27 [This is] because the foolishness of God [is not foolishness at all and] is wiser than men [far beyond human comprehension], and the weakness of God is stronger than men [far beyond the limits of human effort]. But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. James 1: My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry. Jeremiah 33:3 Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know. Revelation 3:20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. Psalm 5:3 In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.

The Holy Place

When you enter into stillness and silence before Me you enter into My Kingdom and bring it to earth. The more you are silent in My Presence the more you will know Me. You will love the healing, peaceful, holy silence. Be still and know I Am God. Psalm 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God. Colossians 3:15a. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts Psalm 91:1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High, will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 27:4 One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire n his temple. Psalm 37:7 Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for Him Psalm 131:1-2 My heart is not proud, Lord, my eyes are not haughty; I do not concern myself with great matters or things too wonderful for me. But I have calmed and quieted myself, I am like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child I am content.

I Chose to be Yours

I Am the Lord . . . your God . . . your God . . . your God . . . yours . . . yours . . . here for you . . . belonging to you . . . in covenant with you . . . in Love with you . . . your very large, powerful God, with Whom nothing is impossible . . . your God . . . your God . . . your very close, personal God . . . unbound God . . . yours, because I chose to be yours. Now, leave the trouble to Me, while you rest in My Arms. Be silent and rest in My Love. I Am your God. Think about that. Rest quietly and wait. Jeremiah 31:3 I have loved you with a love that lasts forever. And so with unfailing love, I have drawn you to Myself Romans 5:8 But God has shown us how much He loves us—it was while we were still sinners that Christ died for us! Romans 8:38-39 Yes, I am sure that nothing can separate us from God’s love—not death, life, angels, or ruling spirits. I am sure that nothing now, nothing in the future, no powers, nothing above us or nothing below us—nothing in the whole created world—will ever be able to separate us from the love God has shown us in Christ Jesus our Lord. Ephesians 2:4-5 . . . immense in mercy and with an incredible love, He embraced us. He took our sin-dead lives and made us alive in Christ.
