contentment

I give you fullness of life . . . a full plate that contains food of all types . . . some sweet, some salty . . . some sour, some bitter. All My food is good if received with thanksgiving. Even the bitter and sour foods have their purpose for you. How can you have compassion on those who have eaten a lot of unsavory food, if you have only eaten sweet? How will you know peace and submission and contentment in all circumstances, if you have only eaten pleasant food? How will you learn long-suffering and trust, if you have only had dessert? Unsavory food can be purifying, if eaten with thanksgiving and trust and acceptance. I bring all good gifts to the table. My ways are not your ways. Taste all I bring and you will see in the end that I Am Good. I Love you! We eat together. Deuteronomy 32:4 The Rock, his work is perfect, for all his ways are justice.
