Perfect Love Casts Out Fear

Pure Love does not contain fear or terror. If the god of those near you makes you afraid then know it is a false or demon god. Your heart does not yearn to be afraid. It yearns to be Loved. I made it to yearn for what only I can give. All demons and sins of others can make you afraid. Only I can give you what you want and need . . . pure, unchanging, ever understanding, always forgiving, constantly healing Love. If you found fear or terror then you did not find Me. I Am Love. My Love is for you. 1 John 4: 1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, 3 and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. 7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9 In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. 16 So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. 18 There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love. 19 We love because he first loved us.

I Chose to be Yours

I Am the Lord . . . your God . . . your God . . . your God . . . yours . . . yours . . . here for you . . . belonging to you . . . in covenant with you . . . in Love with you . . . your very large, powerful God, with Whom nothing is impossible . . . your God . . . your God . . . your very close, personal God . . . unbound God . . . yours, because I chose to be yours. Now, leave the trouble to Me, while you rest in My Arms. Be silent and rest in My Love. I Am your God. Think about that. Rest quietly and wait. Jeremiah 31:3 I have loved you with a love that lasts forever. And so with unfailing love, I have drawn you to Myself Romans 5:8 But God has shown us how much He loves us—it was while we were still sinners that Christ died for us! Romans 8:38-39 Yes, I am sure that nothing can separate us from God’s love—not death, life, angels, or ruling spirits. I am sure that nothing now, nothing in the future, no powers, nothing above us or nothing below us—nothing in the whole created world—will ever be able to separate us from the love God has shown us in Christ Jesus our Lord. Ephesians 2:4-5 . . . immense in mercy and with an incredible love, He embraced us. He took our sin-dead lives and made us alive in Christ.

Thoughts-Day 5

What happens when you relax your mind? When you relinquish all control of your thoughts, where do they go? Do they go up or down? Right or left? Towards light or death? Do they become good or evil? If you are in a row boat and you don’t use the oars, will the current automatically take you where you want to go? What are the “oars” of the mind? How do you use them? How often should you use them? What happens if you don’t? Where does the current of thought take you? Do you want to go there? Why not? Do the oars represent your will? 2 Corinthians 10:5 We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ, Philippians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
