Death to Life

The exchange of old life for new begins with your thoughts, then includes your words, and then moves to your actions. Here you will feel the pain of death as you do the opposite of what kept your old ways alive. Your old self will not want to do the new Love-actions. It will feel pain as you do them. The pain it will feel is the death of the old self. Pain comes before death. Submit to the pain of these Love-actions and you will see your old self die each time.

The Forging Anvils of Intimacy

4-21 Relationships are not made. They are forged. True intimacy is forged on two anvils . . . one of pleasure and one of pain. When you share laughter and special times with someone, you develop bonds of happiness. I want those bonds with you. When you go through intense trial and pain with someone, you develop bonds forged by the heat of suffering. I want that with you also. Accept both anvils from My Hand, so We will have bonds of intimacy that can never be broken. Psalm 29:4-5 His voice explodes in great power over the earth. His voice is both regal and grand. In all your ways remember him. Then he will make your paths smooth and straight.

Demonstrate Love first

Remember, Love is greater than truth. Speak Love first. Show Love first. Teach Love first. Demonstrate Love first. Live Love first. Love requires mercy and sacrifice. Truth spoken outside of Love is like a sharp sword in the hands of the enemy. 1 Corinthians 13:4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 1 John 3:18 Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth
