Simply Receive

Become an active receiver of My Love and Truth. A baby’s job is to receive Love and milk. He is not to change his own soiled diapers and teach himself how to walk. No, he must simply receive. Receiving My Love and milk is the only way to grow. Leave how that is done to Me. You do not need man’s ways to grow. You need more intimacy and time with Me. You need to soak in more of My Love. 1 John 3:1 See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Jeremiah 31:3 The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness. 1 John 4:16-18 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. 17 This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus. 18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. Philippians 3:1a For the rest, my brethren, delight yourselves in the Lord and continue to rejoice that you are in Him. To keep writing to you [over and over] of the same things is not irksome to me, and it is [a precaution] for your safety Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart. Isaiah 58:14 Then will you delight yourself in the Lord, and I will make you to ride on the high places of the earth, and I will feed you with the heritage [promised for you] of Jacob your father; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it.

Blindness grows dependence

Blinders were used to keep warhorses from fear. The horses learned to trust the guidance of their master, rather than their eyes. The horses did not predict or assume. The blinders kept them from fear and pride. The humbled, dependent horses could walk through anything because they were limited in sight. Therefore, they grew in dependence. Psalm 121:1-2 He will not let your foot slip—he who watches over you will not slumber. Matthew 6:24 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Isaiah 41:13 For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

What to do with pain

Pain is not to be replayed over again in your mind. Pain is to be left behind. Each day has it\’s new beginning. Do not bring the pain of yesterday into the newness of today. Physical pain, emotional pain and spiritual pain are not the clothes I gave you to wear. Each day, put on faith, hope and Love. Each day, put on My closeness with you. Each day, wear My Presence and My Love. Each day, look forward to My blessings and beautiful plans. Each day, look forward to what you and I will do together. Let\’s burn the old clothes of pain. I will clothe you in brilliant Light. You and I, in Our clothes of Light, will attract others who still wear their clothes of pain. Together We will help them to take off their clothes of painful memories and put on new clothes of a bright, new future. Isaiah 61:3 to preserve those who mourn in Zion, to give to them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, that they might be called trees of righteousness, Philippians 3:13-14  Brothers, …. but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal to the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
