Insights on Your Will

You know what it is to pursue something. Let’s use a job as an example. First, you know that you want to make a change in your life. Then you look about within yourself to answer the question of what kind of change would satisfy you. Then you scan the options. Next you choose the option of a new job. You begin to scan the options of what kind of job. You then narrow your search as you make choices. You continue the process of using your will over and over again. You walk away from many options and walk toward others. You turn down this and that. Your will becomes stronger as you use it more and more. Matthew 28:19-20 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Ephesians 6:3 Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. 2 Timothy 2:4  4 No soldier in active service gets entangled in the [ordinary business] affairs of civilian life; [he avoids them] so that he may please the one who enlisted him to serve. 5 And if anyone competes as an athlete [in competitive games], he is not crowned [with the wreath of victory] unless he competes according to the rules. 6 he hard-working farmer [who labors to produce crops] ought to be the first to receive his share of the crops.7 Think over the things I am saying [grasp their application], for the Lord will grant you insight and understanding in everything.. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Him who strengthens me. Luke 9:62 But Jesus said to him, No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for the kingdom of God.

True worship is set apart

True worship is this: hiding your innermost thoughts and conversation with Us from the world and keeping Our intimacy personal, holy and set apart as sacred. Matthew 6:6 But when you pray, go into your inner room, shut your door, and pray to your Father, who is unseen. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. Luke 6:12 In those days, Jesus went out to the mountain to pray, and He spent the night in prayer to God.
