Lower your expectations

People around you who do not live in intimacy with Me feel they are in constant danger. They are afraid of the future while constantly remembering the pain of the past. They fear the opinions of others. They dread not having their desires met. They build dreams and fear they will not come true. They fear losing their idols. They fear losing their minds. They fear the unknown. They fear you and they fear Me. They all suffer from post traumatic stress disorder. Therefore lower your expectations and raise your compassion toward them. Ask Holy Spirit to soften your heart toward them.  You who know My Love and enjoy My Peace cannot be like-minded with those who do not. Stop trying. Serve them in compassion and patience. Lower your expectations. Matthew 6:31-33 Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans strive after all these things, and your Heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.… Colossians 3:12 Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience

Your Umbilical Cord

Even though you are in a valley filled with demon-shadows your umbilical cord is attached to Me. Trust Me and My Light will dispel the darkness. Wait on Me and I will illuminate Truth. No valley continues forever. There is an end. Run from sin. Desire holiness like you desire oxygen. Holiness is a shield against shadow-demons. Keep your shield polished. Trust Our umbilical cord. We never leave you. Do not be afraid of shadows. Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 27:1 The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid? Do you not know that if you present yourselves to anyone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin, which leads to death, or of obedience, which leads to righteousness? Matthew 6:24 No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money. Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Hebrew 6:10 God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.

Today is a new day

Purposefully forget each yesterday. Today is not yesterday. Today is a brand new day. Today is a good day. I Am here. Demons of discouragement join themselves to your thoughts when you dwell on the yesterdays. I Am here, in the present, with you. Remain here, in the present, with Me. Fight discouragement with the Truth. Today is not yesterday. Today is a new day and I Am here. Keep moving forward with Me. I Am faithful and good. I Love you. Philippians 3: 13 Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
