My goal for you, My bride, is perfection. Only through perfection can We have complete Union. That is the prize. Therefore, I put you in circumstances that will work perfection within you.
An automobile driver who wants to be a perfect driver does not only drive on empty roads. He drives in heavy, stressful traffic, tricky weather, and under pressures of discomfort. He also shares the road with foolish and impetuous drivers.
As he drives under undesirable conditions, he is perfected by the many lessons he learns. He learns by experience to be patient, forgiving, and submissive to authority. As he makes mistakes and realizes his own limited sight, he learns to obey directions. When his pride and impatience cause others pain, he learns humility. When the faults of others cause him pain, he learns forgiveness and more patience. When his passengers point out his mistakes, he learns to stop judging others and begins to treat them as he wants to be treated.
So you see, My beloved, I must put you in traffic and difficulty to bring you to perfection. Be patient with the process. Learn to value the difficult experiences. Listen to Me as I talk you through each day. My revelations to you will bring you to perfection.
I Love you.
- Philippians 3:13-16 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended (arrived); but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Therefore let us, as many as are mature, have this mind; and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal even this to you. Nevertheless, to the degree that we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us be of the same mind.
- James 1:2-4 My Brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials,
Knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect (mature). and complete, lacking nothing. - Luke 6:37-38 Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”
- Colossians 3:12-14 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; Bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection,
