Be still, quiet and at peace like a child who holds still knowing that the parent will do what is needed to remove the splinter from his hand. Then We can continue to move forward on Our journey together unhindered. Receive correction, cleansing and training. Then We walk forward without delay. All things are made brand new. No looking back.
1 Peter 5:6 6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, 7 casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
Hebrews 12:4 In your struggle against sin you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood. 5 And have you forgotten the exhortation that addresses you as sons, “My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor be weary when reproved by him. 6 For the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and chastises every son whom he receives.”7 It is for discipline that you have to endure. God is treating you as sons. For what son is there whom his father does not discipline?
