Compassion begins with pushing yourself aside and spending time receiving Love and Truth from Me. You cannot be self-righteous and compassionate at the same time. But you can be critical and self-absorbed at the same time. The best you can do for the weak near you is to spend time receiving Love and Truth from Me, while resting in My Presence. Then I will be a rock of stability for them through you.
